Content attachments

Attach existing repo uploads to threads, replies, pulls, and pull reviews.

Commands

attach-file <REPO> --upload <UUID> TARGET
detach-file <REPO> --upload <UUID> TARGET

The upload must already exist in the target repo.

Target selectors

Exactly one target shape is required.
